Contrast Therapy

Also known as Hot/Cold immersion therapy, contrast therapy is one of the best ways to promote circulation, healing, and endorphin release which all combine to enhance the recovery and healing process. If you have never done it before, we recommend starting with the sauna, getting a good sweat going then plunging for 1 minute, warming back up in the sauna and repeating, try to do at least 3 total rounds over 45 minutes, ending on the cold plunge. For more experienced users, we recommend starting in the sauna for 10 minutes, allow yourself to relax, allow your muscles to release and build up a decent sweat, then plunge for 5 minutes. After the five minutes go back to the sauna and repeat the cycle 2 more times for a total of 45 minutes. We keep the water at a brisk 40 - 45 degrees, so get ready for a bit of a shock when you jump in.

Compression Therapy

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is a therapeutic technique that uses red and near infrared light to produce a biochemical effect in cells that strengthen and increase the function of the mitochondria and help production of ATP. With more and better ATP production, cells can function more efficiently, rejuvenate themselves, and repair damage. It has been shown to have many benefits including: Stimulating hair growth, improving skin health, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, accelerating wound healing, and many more. We recommend doing it for 15 minutes at a time, lying down or standing depending on your preference.
